Procedures:
- All staff and volunteers will undergo DBS checks and safeguarding training.
- Any concerns about a child’s welfare must be reported immediately to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
- The DSL will follow local safeguarding procedures and liaise with appropriate authorities.
2. Health and Safety Policy
Objective:
To ensure a safe environment for all participants, staff, and visitors at BEFA.

BEFA is dedicated to maintaining high standards of health and safety. We will undertake regular risk assessments and adhere to safety regulations.
Procedures:

7. Complaints Procedure
